About Us

Our Goal:
To unite the Gujarati Community through organizing festivals and events, and collaboration with various other communities, with a strong emphasis on fostering spiritual growth and connection with the divine. To maintain, enhance, understand, and appreciate Gujarati culture and language, with a particular focus on preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of Gujarati religious traditions.
The Gujarati Samaj of New Brunswick recognizes the importance of religious observances and festivals in the lives of our community members, and we aim to provide a platform for individuals to come together and connect with their faith. We organize events such as Diwali, Navratri, Janmashtami, and other religious festivals to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Gujarat and its people. These events are not only a means of celebrating our culture but also an opportunity for spiritual reflection and connection with the divine.
In addition to organizing festivals and events, we will be aiming to provide religious education and guidance to our members through workshops, seminars, and other programs. Our goal is to help individuals deepen their understanding and appreciation of Gujarati culture and religion and to provide resources and support for spiritual growth and development.
We encourage all members of the Gujarati community as well as any other diversity, regardless of their religious background, to join the Gujarati Samaj of New Brunswick and become active participants in our community. We welcome all new members and look forward to helping you and your family connect with your faith and culture in a supportive and inclusive environment.
To promote these goals, the Gujarati Samaj of New Brunswick holds many events, including Diwali, Navratri, festival celebrations, picnics, and other events throughout the years. We hope to keep you regularly informed with all the necessary information to enable you to play an active role in the community.
